Kyzyl-Kyia Industrial-Pedagogical College was established in 2012 as a branch of secondary vocational education at the Kyzyl-Kyiv Institute of Humanities and Economics. On 24 January 2014, it was allocated to a separate legal entity called the Kyzyl-Kyiv Pedagogical College. On 11 February 2016, the Kyzyl-Kyiv Pedagogical College was renamed to the Kyzyl-Kyiv College. On December 23, 2020 the name of Kyzyl-Kyiv College was changed to Kyzyl-Kyiv production and pedagogical name and it was re-registered in the judicial bodies.
